An easy recipe that will definitely warm you up and may well bring #tearsineyes - these are the ingredients for my variation on a theme of the famous #Sichuan dish. For the original, you need rice noodles, Sichuan peppercorns and a special sauce made with dried, fresh and pickled chilli peppers and chilli oil. You can make things simple by using #LeeKumKee #ChuiChowChilliOil - and you can pimp it up a bit by adding crumbled toasted peanuts and scallion. My variation for #TearsofJoy uses leftover roast pork and peas to create a stirfry that will #IgniteandExcite for the #CCCOChallenge - The recipe will be on the blog soon and I'll be posting an image of the final dish tomorrow - it was delicious, easy to make and errr...VERY hot! #lkkeurope @lkkeurope . If you were wondering about the name, Chui Chow is a city in Southern China Eastern Guangdong Province - where homemade chilli oil is classic and popular. The LeeKumKee version is an easy way to recreate this classic dish - or to invent your own, like me. Join in and create your own Tears in Eyes dish using the hashtag #ChiuChowChilliOil and you could win a prize from Lee Kum Kee #Spon
