I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Sea Breeze Beach House, an all inclusive hotel in Christ Church, Barbados, what makes this all-inclusive hotel stand apart from the others is that its kitchen is run by award winning Barbadian chef Michael Harrison. The food was of an exceptionally high standard, my previous experiences of all-inclusive dining is that the menu can get very boring, with much the same thing to eat day after day... rest assured here it’s something different, there’s real attention to detail, with fresh inventive and beautifully presented cooking using Bajan ingredients with a bit of a twist.
