The Chinese believe serving whole fish brings luck and represents family, togetherness and unity. How about trying this healthy, easy, stuffed whole seabass that you can steam in your oven, not using any special equipment? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Perfect for all the family, it only takes 25 minutes to cook this #PanAsian dish – so dinner can be on the table super quick. You just need a few fresh ingredients and #LeeKumKee sauces that you should be keeping in your store-cupboard. Full recipe coming soon on the blog, but for now, all you need is some Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce, a little Sesame oil to finish the dish and some Chiu Chow Chilli Oil. The end result is #oyysodelicious! @LKKEurope #inspiremytable #Foodblogger #Londonfoodblog #londonfoodie #londonfoodblogger #ukbloggers #bloggersuk #lbloggersuk #fbloggersuk #ukfoodie #goodfoodandwine #igersuk

#Invited - Just in case there's a bit more sun in the next few days - here's the place to go! What a lovely treat at the Rosé Champagne Garden on Selfridge’s Rooftop. Take the express elevator to the very top of Selfridges and you’ll find yourself getting lost in a lemon grove. In one direction there’s a chic Italian restaurant, in the other, the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden, a relaxed and elegant space with parasols, beach huts and plenty of champagne where you can enjoy a glass or two and even order food from the restaurant next door if you get peckish. A perfect place to chill out after you’ve shopped till you drop on Oxford Street. PS. It's only open till 4th August, so get your skates on! With @piper_heidsieck #PiperHeidsieck #PiperExperience. @theofficialselfridges - don't you think we should all drink more champagne? #instagood #instatravel #igersfrance #picoftheday #travellife #instatravelling #lifestyleblogger #travelinstyle #londonblogger #tbin #ttot #bubbles #girlswhotravel #lifestyleblogger #sheisnotlost #CelebrateLife #PrettyCityLondon #TBIN #LondonFoodBlog #LondonFoodBlogger #TimeOutLondon #LoveLondon #IloveLondon #PrettylittleLondon #LondonLife #LuxeLondon #LuxuryLondon

  • A pair of ethereal fairy #tern sitting on a branch on Ile aux Coco 4km to the west of #Rodrigues,. Despite my preconception, the name of the island is actually 'egg island' - a place where locals from Rodrigues used to come to stock up on eggs. These birds (also called the 'virgin bird' and the others on the island (brown and lesser noddys and some migratory sooty terns) are carefully protected by human 'guardians' (there are three staying on the island at any one time) and the population has grown to around 4,500 birds in a space of the 1.5km x 250m island. They lay their eggs, one a year, on the bare branch of the tree or sometimes on the ground - and they are strictly monogamous - they stay with one mate for life! They are also remarkably unphased by cameras and humans - they just sit watching carefully, deigning to allow us to invade their space. More about this to come on the blog! #SecretRodrigues #RodriguesIsland #Rodriguestourism #Mauritius #travelblogger #instatbn #writetotravel #ttot #tbin #travelblog #secretplaces

  • Yesterday's boat trip around St Lucia took us to pair of dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons, on its west coast. It's a stunning #Caribbean island with a tropical climate - lush green rainforests and beautiful beached. We went inland, up into the heart of the volcano for sulphur springs and mud baths. What makes St Lucia special for me? It's definitely the people - who all seem to love their island. There's a real community spirit here - I went on to the Friday Night Fish Fry at the tiny fishing town of Anse Le Raye - where the entire island seemed to have congregated for bakes, local fish cooked over coal and bouillon or lobster curry. All washed down with rum punch or Piton, the local beer. Delicious! I'm here for #StLuciaRumandFood but just enjoying the vibe at the moment #LetHerInspireYou #TravelStLucia
