So, this is Chef Matt Campbell's tribute to his dad - and both mine and his favourite from his recent pop-up at #CloudM bar, @CitizenM #TowerofLondon. Sea Bream, wild boar pancetta, morels and lake district moss, my favourite of the savoury dishes.
