The horses of #Pardubice - new on the blog a feature about one of Europe's most famous Steeplechases (on Saturday 8th if you can get there) and about the National Stud at #Kladruby. The beautiful #Kladruber horses are the oldest original #Czech breed and cousin of the #Lipizzaner - and in fact what was the Imperial Court Stud here is the oldest in the World and was founded in 1579 - They are truly beautiful horses. These horses are still used specifically to pull coaches - and still do that today for the #Danish queen and the #Swedish Royal guards.
