The Top of the Tower - an #AfternoonTea treat - Matcha sponge with Yuzu nd honey creme mousseline and blackberry jelly, topped with a gilded blackberry and a burnt honey jelly with jasmine panna cotta and granola. All part of the @StErminsHotel #Honey afternoon tea which celebrates the 350,000 honey bees that live on the bee terrace on the third floor of the hotel and on the roof. We really enjoyed the indulgent tea - and thought it was excellent value at £35 for all you could eat and unlimited #Prosecco. All in the #luxurious surroundings of the #StErminsHotel tea room.
