This was my Friday Night #Fakeaway - Herby Tandoori chicken – using the Herby Tandoori Fast Paste - mild yet tangy, based on a blend of spiced yoghurt, ginger, garlic, mint, coriander and lemon. It comes with a little sachet of tandoori seasoning and a delicious spicy tomato and garlic chutney. There’s just the right amount to make a meal for two with no more fuss than ordering a takeaway! For the perfect no-effort meal, I paired the chicken with steamed basmati rice and a home-made mint and cucumber raita. And garnished with a little fresh coriander.
