Yes this really was the way it was lit - in the Crayeres at @VeuveClicquot - the ancient and #UNESCO listed chalk cellars - this was one of the last things we did on our trip to #Champagne for a few days exploring with the @ChampagneBureauUK the UK division of the French organisation @Champagne_Officiel that represents all the growers and Champagne Houses. I've learnt a lot - and you can read more on the blog (link in my profile). What a great way to #CelebrateLife - don't you think we should all drink more champagne? Meanwhile, if you are in London and would like to chance your hand, It's National Champagne day on 19th October and I've been asked by The Champagne Bureau UK to let London-Unattached readers know about a special event running between 17th and 19th.  If you spot the Champagne rickshaws in London on Wednesday 17th October you can pick up your own caps and tote bags - and take part in a very special competition with a chance to win a Champagne dinner for two in a top London restaurant.  Just take a pic of yourself with cap or tote and post on Instagram, remembering to tag @champagnebureauUK and use the hashtag #ChampagneDay.  The competition closes at 5 pm on 19th October.  Good Luck!!! #travelblogger #travelphotography #instagood #instatravel #igersfrance #guardiantravelsnap #picoftheday #travellife #instatravelling #lifestyleblogger #travelinstyle #londonblogger #tbin #ttot #bubbles #girlswhotravel #lifestyleblogger #sheisnotlost
