October is @visitbankside food month. At #Bankside you'll find a range of special events and deals. We went along to #Macellaio to learn about their baking course and what makes their bread so special - the answer is that they make traditional #Ligurian breads including this delicious cheese stuffed focaccia. And you can learn to make it too! On 17th October there's an interactive bakery class there where guests will explore all the different flours and their uses. Once you've learnt to bake focaccia, pissa al'Andrea and Grissini you'll sit down to enjoy a three course set meal.
