I must admit to a touch of food envy at @CorriganMayfair the other night. This was my companion's Blood Orange Souffle with marmalade and sheep’s yoghurt which came paired with a 2013 Tokaj Aszu Disznoko. That said, my own dessert (a pear frangipane tart) was amazing too. In fact it was an exceptional meal - quail wellington for example - and the simplest yet most beautiful dish of celeriac, truffle and cheese!
