If I had to pick a single experience from my recent trip to #StLucia it would be the bean to bar #Chocolate making at @hotelchocolat - they have a boutique hotel and chocolate estate on St Lucia with stunning views out over the Pitons - and actually what you don't see here is the infinity pool with the same view!
