On Friday nights the sleepy fishing village of #AnseLaRaye in #StLucia comes alive for #FishFriday. I went along during the Rum and Food festival, but it happens every week and is definitely worth visiting. The whole island seems to congregate on the shoreline for bakes and local fish cooked over traditional coal clay pots, bouillon and lobster curry. All washed down with rum or the local #Piton beer. It's a vibrant affair where visitors are outnumbered about 20 to 1 but where you will be welcome to try the food - the freshest fish on the Island - cooked on the day it is caught - drink and enjoy the moment #LetHerInspireYou #TravelStLucia.
