The most delicious lightly smoked Wagyu beef tartare with apple, egg and foie gras @MRestaurants_ in Victoria @Mrestaurants - one of our starters for dinner the other night. We were impressed with the quality of the steaks, the cooking and the overall ambience. It's a bit of a hidden gem - from the street all you can see is the gorgeous wine bar. Downstairs there's an elegant and comfortable grill and raw bar and a private club area along with some private dining rooms.
